Learn how to easily print buyer and order details from Facebook comments during livestreams Auto-Print Labels

This guide will walk you through the steps to setup Auto Print Labels on your store using the Swypebites seller dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Print Labels Menu

  • Navigate to your Swypebites seller dashboard.

  • Locate the left side bar on the dashboard.

  • Click on Print Labels to open the Print Labels menu.

Step 2: Toggle ON the Auto-Print Labels Button

  • In the Print Labels menu, find the Auto-Print Labels option.

  • Toggle the button to ON. This will activate automatic label printing for your store.

Step 3: Download the Printer Installer

  • In the Print Labels menu, locate the download links for the installer software.

  • Choose the appropriate download option based on your operating system:

    • Windows: Click the Windows button to download the installer for Windows.

    • MacOS: Click the Mac button to download the installer for MacOS.

Note: MacOS installer is currently unavailable.

Step 4: Run the Installer

  • Once the installer has been downloaded, locate it in your downloads folder or browser.

  • Double-click the file to run the installer.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 5: Test Your Printer Connection

  • After the installation is complete, return to the Print Labels menu in the Swypebites dashboard.

  • Click on the Click To Test Print button to confirm that your printer is properly connected and ready for printing.

    • If the test print is successful, you’re all set. If not, review your printer connection and try again.

Step 6: Choose Your Paper Type

  • In the label layout settings, you’ll have the option to select the type of paper you’ll be using for labels:

    • Rectangular Paper: For labels that are printed on cut sheets of rectangular paper.

    • Continuous Paper: For labels printed on a continuous roll.

Step 7: Specify Paper Size

  • Rectangular Paper:

    • Enter the Width and Height for the label dimensions.

  • Continuous Paper:

    • Enter only the Width of the label, as the paper length will be continuous.

Step 8: Select Label Content

  • Choose the specific information and layout for the content on each label. This could include details like product name, SKU, barcodes, pricing, and other relevant data.

  • Review the options to ensure your labels contain all necessary information and that they’re displayed clearly.

Step 9: Save Your Configuration

  • After adjusting your label settings and ensuring all configurations (such as paper type, paper size, and label content) meet your needs, it’s important to save these changes to finalize your setup.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll find the Save Changes button on the bottom-right corner.

  • Click on Save Changes to confirm and store your configurations.
