Keep at least one payment method on, so your customers can check out without a hitch!
💡 The enabled payment method(s) will be visible and available for customers to select during the checkout process.
Automated payments
💡 Activating payment methods under this section allows you to quickly reconcile orders. Transaction fee applies for each successful purchase.
To receive automated payments, connect your account with Stripe using the guide below.
Payment Method | Description | Fees |
Automated PayNow | Payments made by customers using PayNow will be processed by Stripe. Stripe fees will be applied. | 1.5% + $0.30 per successful transfer |
Credit/Debit Card | Payments made by customers using a credit or debit card will be processed by Stripe. Stripe fees will be applied. | 3.4% + $0.50 per successful charge |
Customer Pays Transaction Fees
Activate this option to have Stripe fees automatically added to your customer’s total at checkout.
Connecting to stripe
Under the Payments tab, click Connect Now in the Stripe panel. This will redirect you to the Stripe Identity Verification page.
Fill in the required information. For Singapore users, you can use SingPass to speed up the KYC process.
After completing the verification, you'll be redirected back to our dashboard. If verified by Stripe, you'll see a Verified label.
Select your automated payment method
Activate either Credit/ Debit Card or Automated PayNow, or both. Customers may then select either payment methods available during checkout and make payment immediately. That’s it!
💡 All your automated transactions and payouts go through Stripe. For more details, refer to the payout schedule.
Manual payments
💡 Activating payment methods under this section requires your customers to personally transfer money to your bank account via PayNow or Bank Transfer.
Manual payments require no additional transaction fees!
Select your manual payment method
Activate either Manual PayNow, Bank Transfer, or both. Customers may then select either payment methods available during checkout. Transfer of payments can be made during or after the live.
Manual PayNow
You will be required to fill in:
UEN (Registered Company Unique Entity No.) or/and attached PayNow phone number.
Payment Instructions to your customers (e.g. Include Order No.) for easier payment reconciliation.
Optional:
Click on
Attach QR
and upload the generated QR code provided by your bank app to allow faster payment for your customers.

You will be required to fill in
Bank Name
Bank Account No.
