View past purchases
Select Profile Icon and click on My Order History, you may then view list of all past purchases and their order statuses.
View an order detail
Select View order, and you will be able to view detailed information regarding your purchase.
Retry payment
If a payment failed, an alert will be displayed with the status "Waiting for payment". Kindly make payment within the time limit to prevent automated cancellation by the system.
To retry a payment, click on View Order.
Click on Retry payment within the time limit to reattempt payment for this order.
Refund order
Contact your seller through any social messaging chat or email to request for a refund
Seller’s email address can be found under seller’s information in order detail.
If request to refund is approved, seller will automate the refund back to your bank account. The status of your order will be updated accordingly when refund is processing/completed.
