Adding Variations to Your Products

Learn how to add variations like size, color, and more to your products.

This guide will show you how to easily add variations (e.g., size, color) to your products using the Swypebites platform. When you add product variants, below image is how they will appear in your shop.

Seller Dashboard

Step 1: Go to the Products Page

  • Log in to your Swypebites dashboard and navigate to the Products page.

Step 2: Add or Edit Product

  • Click Add Product for a new product or select an existing product to add variations.

Step 3: Add Variants

  • Scroll down to the Variations section and click Add A Variation.

    • Fill in Variation (e.g., Size, Colour).

    • Add multiple options (e.g., Small, Medium, Red, Blue).

  • Fill in the details of variations, including Price, Available Stock, SKU, and Selling Code.

  • Click Auto Generate to let the system create Selling Codes for you.

  • If you want all details to be the same, click Batch Edit to edit everything at once.

πŸ› οΈ You can add a maximum of 2 variations with a total of 100 options.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • After entering the variations, click Save to confirm.


Mobile

Step 1: Open the Products Page

  • Open the Swypebites app and tap on the Products section.

Step 2: Add or Edit Product

  • Tap + to add a new product or select an existing product to edit.

Step 3: Add Variants

  • Scroll down and tap Add Variant.

  • Enter the variant name (e.g., Size, Color) and options (e.g., Small, Medium, Red, Blue).

Step 4: Fill in the Details

  • Fill in the details for each variation, including Price, Available Stock, SKU, and Selling Code.

  • Tap Auto Generate to let the system create Selling Codes for you.

  • If you want all the details to be the same, tap Batch Edit to update them all at once.

Step 5: Save the Product

  • Tap Save to confirm the changes.
